The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all daily and strategic operations. From service execution and financial performance to staff leadership and event planning, the GM ensures the venue thrives as both a community hub and a hospitality leader. This role requires an experienced, adaptable, and team-driven individual ready to build culture and elevate every aspect of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Manage and mentor FOH and BOH teams, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment
- Drive financial success through labor management, cost control, and revenue initiatives
- Oversee private events from sales through execution, ensuring seamless experiences
- Collaborate with marketing teams on seasonal events and public programming
- Develop local business relationships to increase visibility and drive traffic
- Maintain brand consistency through quality control and visual presentation
- Hire, train, and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor laws
- Serve as a liaison to corporate leadership or ownership
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L, scheduling, and staff development
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience with private events and community engagement (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Compensation & Benefits:
